Need Help With Proper Notice Format!

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to write a proper notice, but I’m a bit confused about the correct format.

Is there a fixed structure we should always follow? Like title, date, signature, etc.? Also, does the format change for school vs office notices?

Would appreciate if someone could share a simple template or example.

I think a notice should always include the date, heading, and signature. Keeping it clear and simple works best.

As far as I know, school and office notice formats are mostly similar. The tone is usually the main difference.
